Leela Lane offer free shipping to all apparel orders within Australia. The estimated dispatch and delivery time may vary with each order; please refer to the product page for delivery timeframe before placing your order. All shipping is managed by trusted partners including DHL, FedEx, Australia Post etc and includes a tracking number.

Made-to-Order Dresses

Made-to-order items can take up to 4 to 6 weeks in production and dispatch. All garments are carefully designed, styled and stitched by our designers and their artisans in India.

Ready to Ship Dresses

Our Ready to Ship collection features dresses that are in stock and ready to dispatch within 48 hours. Please note, we carry limited sizes and styles, so availability may vary. Look for the Ready to Ship tag on product and collection page to find your perfect fit quickly.

Jewellery

At Leela Lane, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our designer collections. To ensure your pieces arrive in pristine condition, all orders are handled with the utmost care.

• Secure Handling: All orders are shipped with reputed partners like Australia Post,  DHL etc.
• Signature Required: Because our items are delicate and high-value, Signature on Delivery is mandatory for all shipments. This ensures your purchase is handed directly to you and remains secure.
• Shipping Rates: A flat rate shipping of $15 is applied for Australian orders at checkout, covering specialized secure packaging and signature service.
• Processing: Jewellery orders are dispatched within 2 business days from our Sydney boutique.
  

Combined Orders and Split Shipping

We tailor our shipping approach based on one simple goal: Getting your pieces to you as soon as they are ready.

• When we SPLIT your order: If your Made-to-Order garment requires more than 3 weeks of craftsmanship, we will ship your Jewellery immediately. You will receive unique tracking number for each package.
• When we COMBINE your order: If your Made-to-Order garment is estimated to be ready within 2 – 3 weeks, we will typically hold your Jewellery to ship everything together in one secure, premium package with one tracking number that includes delivery on signature. This ensures your entire Leela Lane look arrives as one complete, curated experience.

Regardless of the method, every parcel containing Jewellery is treated with high-level security and requires a Signature on Delivery to ensure it reaches your hands safely.

Customs & Duty Fees (Australia)

All customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility.

• Orders under AUD $1,000: Generally not subject to customs duties.
• Orders over AUD $1,000: May incur import duties and clearance fees, which must be paid by the customer before customs releases the order.

Some shipments may be sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning duties and taxes will be collected by the shipping provider upon delivery. Please contact Australian Border Force or your local customs office for more information.

International Orders

We proudly offer worldwide shipping. Each order is carefully packaged and dispatched with love, ensuring your dress arrives in perfect condition.

The shipping will be charged on the weight, size and shipping address of our customer. Please contact us for international shipping quote.
